4. The bottom rubber roller is now a double belt drive.

5. Main drive belt idler for top rolls on RH side is now self tensioning to increase belt life and minimize maintenance.

10. Doors have been made with vents to allow for cooler operation.

11. An anti-wrap shield has been installed in front of the rubber rollers to prevent wrapping.

12. The reversing wrench has been improved to make it more user-friendly.

13. Side covers below LS and RS doors have been made quick-removable to eliminate the use of wrenches.

14. All drive belts have been changed to Gates for better reliability and durability.

15. The PTO safety cover at the front of the unit has been changed to allow for quicker access to the shear pin.

16. Air gauges and the filler valve are now located on the left side.

Fall 2004 News Release

August brought on a new look to AgLand Industries, including new brochures and a new website. This improvement allows us to continue to grow in the crop equipment industry.

The Macerator 6610 and Matador 7900 brochures have been given their own look using color. The Macerator color is now green with the Matador being blue. Both have also been given a new logo, keeping with the color scheme. Look for these on the new brochures and in the future you will see these new logos on the machines.

As you can see the AgLand website has been updated. We have combined simple navigation with more information to meet all of our customers needs. We would like to thank our site creators ViewSource Media.
